  • 1 tbsp Baking Powder

  • 2 tsp Cinnamon

  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Apple, diced

Glaze Ingredients

  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 2-3 tbsp Milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  • Remove fritters and drain on paper towels.
  • For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk until smooth.
  • Drizzle the glaze over the fritters before serving.
