Instructions
In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
Drop rounded spoonfuls of the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 9-11 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are still soft.
Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
These cookies are best enjoyed warm! Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week.
