  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until combined.
  • Fold in the chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers.
  • Drop rounded spoonfuls of the dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 9-11 minutes, until the edges are golden and the centers are still soft.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

These cookies are best enjoyed warm! Store them in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week.
