Brownie Base

  • 1 box Brownie mix Plus ingredients required on the box (typically eggs, oil, and water)

Graham Cracker Crust

  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Toppings

  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup Chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper.
  • Prepare your brownie mix according to the box instructions, using the eggs, oil, and water as directed. Pour the brownie batter over the graham cracker crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  • Bake the brownies in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the edges look set but the center is still slightly fudgy.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and immediately sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chocolate chips evenly over the top.
  • Return the pan to the oven and broil on high for 1 to 2 minutes, watching closely, until the marshmallows are golden and toasted. Be careful—they brown quickly!
