Cheese Base

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened at room temperature

Smoking Ingredients

  • 1 cup Wood Chips Hickory or applewood recommended

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  • Step 1: Prepare your smoker according to the manufacturer's instructions and preheat it to 225°F (107°C).
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika until well blended.
  • Step 3: Form the cream cheese mixture into a log or ball shape and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  • Step 4: Place the wood chips in the smoker and add the wrapped cream cheese. Smoke for about 30 minutes.
  • Step 5: Remove the smoked cream cheese from the smoker and let it cool before serving.
