  • 32 oz cubed hash browns
  • 14 oz kielbasa, cut into small pieces
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Slow Cooker: Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick spray.
  • Layer the Ingredients: Add hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of cheddar cheese to the slow cooker.
  • Mix the Sauce: Combine cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Combine and Cook: Pour the soup mixture over the ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir and top with remaining cheese.
