Ingredients

Meat

  • 1 pound Ground beef

Vegetables

  • 4 large Potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1 Onion, chopped

Canned Goods

  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup (10.75 oz)
  • 0.5 cup Beef broth

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Frozen Vegetables

  • 1 cup Frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)

Instructions

  • Start by browning the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
  • Place the cooked beef in the slow cooker.
  • Add the diced potatoes, chopped onion, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir everything well to combine.
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for about 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
  • During the last 30 minutes of cooking, stir in the thawed peas and carrots.
  • If you’d like, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the dish before serving and let it melt.
  • Serve hot, and enjoy this comforting meal!

Notes

Feel free to add more vegetables, like bell peppers or corn, to make it even heartier. Use lean ground beef for a slightly healthier option.
