Equipment

  • Slow Cooker

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • 5 tablespoons butter, sliced
  • 1 pound baby yellow potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt

Instructions

  • In a slow cooker, place the beef stew meat and season with onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt.
  • Add the sliced butter and chopped garlic on top of the meat.
  • Cut the baby yellow potatoes in half and add them to the slow cooker.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the beef is tender and the potatoes are cooked through. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add some chopped carrots or onions to the slow cooker. Make sure to cut the potatoes evenly so they cook at the same rate. If you like a thicker sauce, you can mix a little cornstarch with water and add it during the last hour of cooking.
