  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 packet chicken gravy mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  • Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  • In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, chicken gravy mix, chicken broth, and garlic powder.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  • Shred the chicken in the gravy and serve over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes

Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can also freeze it for up to 3 months. Just thaw and reheat when you’re ready to enjoy it again!
