Instructions
First, season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Next, place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll them up tightly and secure with toothpicks.
In a small bowl, mix the bread crumbs, melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder until well combined.
Roll each chicken roll in the bread crumb mixture until coated, then place them in the slow cooker.
In another bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour this mixture over the chicken rolls in the slow cooker.
