1/2cupbrown sugar
1/4cupgarlic, minced
1/3cupsoy sauce
1/4cupwater
2tablespoonsapple cider vinegar

Instructions
Place chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
In a bowl, combine brown sugar, minced garlic, soy sauce, water, apple cider vinegar, and black pepper. Stir to mix well.
