  • 2 lbs Sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, cut into small pieces
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Pat the steak dry using paper towels to lock in flavor.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  • Place the steak cubes in the slow cooker and pour the marinade over them, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Scatter the butter pieces over the beef mixture.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours, or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until the steak is tender.
  • If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
  • Serve hot over mashed potatoes, steamed rice, or as a hearty appetizer.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat gently in a skillet with a splash of beef broth.
