  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4-1/2 teaspoon mint or peppermint extract Adjust to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
