Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange crescent roll triangles in a greased 12- to 14-inch round pizza pan, pressing seams together to form a crust.
Bake crust for 11–13 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.
Prepare gravy according to package instructions. Stir in sausage crumbles and set aside.
Whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat and cook eggs until just set.
Spread sausage gravy mixture evenly over the baked crust.
Top with scrambled eggs, then sprinkle with cheddar and pepper jack cheeses.
Return to oven and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve warm.
Notes
Great for brunch or breakfast-for-dinner. Prep crust and toppings in advance to save time. Try different cheese blends for variety!
