  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 6 large Eggs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder (optional)
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 cups Frozen Tater Tots
  • Chopped Chives or Green Onions (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked, breaking it into crumbles.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using). Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cooked sausage, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese into the cream cheese mixture. Stir well until evenly mixed.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour the sausage mixture into the dish and top with frozen tater tots, distributing them evenly.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the tater tots are golden brown.
  • Add chopped chives or green onions as a garnish before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
