  • 1 lb Ground Sausage
  • 1 package Cream Cheese, softened (8 oz)
  • 2 cans Refrigerated Crescent Rolls (8 oz each)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Crumble it into small pieces as it cooks.
  • Drain excess fat, then mix in the softened cream cheese until fully blended. This will be your delicious filling.
  • Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Lay them out on the baking sheet.
  • Spoon a heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll up each crescent, placing it seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Place in the preheated oven and bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Let them cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
