Ingredients

Cheese Ingredients

  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • Pretzel twists for antlers
  • Cherry tomato or red pepper for the nose
  • Black olives for eyes

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well blended.
  • Take the mixture and form it into a ball shape with your hands.
  • Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans or walnuts until it is completely covered.
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  • When you’re ready to serve, take the cheese ball out and place it on a serving dish.
  • Use pretzel twists to create antlers, a cherry tomato or a piece of red pepper for the nose, and slices of black olives for the eyes to make the Rudolph face.
  • Serve with a variety of crackers, sliced baguettes, or vegetable sticks.

Notes

If you have any leftovers, wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and keep it in the fridge. It will stay fresh for 3 to 4 days.
