Ingredients

Brownie Mix

  • 1 box Brownie mix Enough for a 9x13 pan
  • 1 cup Chopped Rolo candies
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce

Ingredients required by the brownie mix

  • 1 cup Water Typically required by the brownie mix
  • 1/2 cup Oil Typically required by the brownie mix
  • 2 large Eggs Typically required by the brownie mix

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven according to the brownie mix instructions (usually 350°F or 175°C).
  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish to prevent sticking and ensure easy removal.
  • Prepare the brownie batter as directed on the package, using the recommended amounts of water, oil, and eggs.
  • Gently fold in half of the chopped Rolo candies and all of the chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
  • Pour the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  • Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top of the batter, then use a knife to gently swirl it for a marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle the remaining chopped Rolos evenly across the top.
  • Bake according to the brownie mix directions for a 9x13 pan, typically 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Remove the pan from the oven and allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

For extra gooeyness, add an extra swirl of caramel sauce just before baking. Let the brownies cool fully before slicing to help the caramel set.
