  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Italian or plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 medium Cauliflower head, cut into florets

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut cauliflower into even-sized florets and set aside.
  • Melt butter and stir in minced garlic.
  • In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  • Dip cauliflower florets in garlic butter, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place coated florets in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  • Roast for 32–35 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  • Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or as a side dish.

Notes

For extra crispiness, sprinkle more Parmesan on top during the last 5 minutes of baking. Serve with ranch, marinara, or garlic aioli. Air fryer option: cook at 390°F for 15–18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
