  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 1 can Cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and place them in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts, ensuring even coverage.
  • In another bowl, mix crushed Ritz crackers, melted butter, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle the cracker mixture generously over the chicken and sauce.
  • Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked and topping is golden brown.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Freeze wrapped portions for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) to maintain the crunchy topping.
