Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Mix well.
Spread the sour cream evenly over the chicken in the baking dish.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup and chicken broth. Pour this mixture over the chicken.
Evenly distribute the Ritz cracker mixture over the top of everything.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Let the casserole rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
