Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix flour, oats, brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon until crumbly.
  • Pour the rhubarb mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the rhubarb layer.
  • Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Let cool slightly before serving. Top with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
