Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 pound deli corned beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 tablespoon caraway seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
  • Add corned beef, drained sauerkraut, shredded Swiss cheese, and caraway seeds (if using) onto each triangle.
  • Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the filling.
  • Roll up each triangle and place seam-side down in the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Enjoy hot, with additional Thousand Island dressing if desired!

Notes

For a twist, substitute corned beef with turkey or pastrami. Be sure to drain the sauerkraut well to prevent sogginess.
