  • 3 pieces Peaches, peeled and chopped

Liquid Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lemon juice (about 4–5 fresh lemons)
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (adjust to taste)

  • Mint leaves (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Start by peeling and chopping the peaches into small chunks.
  • Step 2: In a blender, combine the chopped peaches, lemon juice, sugar, and water. Blend until smooth.
  • Step 3: Pour the blended mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher to remove any pulp, pressing down with a spatula to extract as much liquid as possible.
  • Step 4: Taste the lemonade and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if needed. Stir well.
  • Step 5: Add ice cubes to the pitcher or directly into serving glasses. Pour the Refreshing Peach Lemonade over the ice, and garnish each glass with mint leaves.

Notes

Store leftover lemonade in a sealed pitcher or jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For longer storage, pour the lemonade into ice cube trays and freeze.
