Ingredients for Refreshing Cucumber Lemonade

  • 2 large Cucumbers, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 cup Sugar Adjust to taste
  • 4 cups Water
  • as needed Ice cubes
  • as needed Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the cucumbers by peeling and chopping them into rough chunks for easier blending.
  • In a blender, combine the chopped cucumbers, lemon juice, sugar, and water. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  • If desired, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher or individual glasses. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes for extra chill if desired.
  • Serve in glasses, garnished with lemon slices and fresh mint leaves on top.

Notes

Adjust sweetness with honey or agave syrup for a healthier option. Add sparkling water for a fizzy twist.
