  • 2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 2 cups Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1.5 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1/4 cup Creamy Peanut Butter (for topping)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together melted butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and 1 cup peanut butter until smooth and combined.
  • Press mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips with 1/4 cup peanut butter in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  • Pour melted chocolate over the base and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  • Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 2 months. Optional mix-ins: chopped nuts, mini chocolate chips, or butterscotch chips.
