Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are golden.
Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Substitute crunchy peanut butter for added texture. Use a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend to make them gluten-free. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for 3 months.
