  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, beat butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Add peanut butter, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  • In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes, until edges are golden.
  • Cool on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Substitute crunchy peanut butter for added texture. Use a 1:1 gluten-free flour blend to make them gluten-free. Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week or freeze for 3 months.
