  • 1/2 cup Creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup Melted butter
  • 1/4 cup Brown sugar
  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 cup Reese’s peanut butter chips
  • 1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
  • In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir into wet ingredients until just combined.
  • Fold in Reese’s peanut butter chips and mini chocolate chips.
  • Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  • Top with banana slices and a drizzle of peanut butter, if desired.

Notes

For less sweetness, omit chocolate chips or reduce sugar. Try swapping peanut butter chips with chopped nuts or dried fruit. Gluten-free flour can be used as a substitute.
