Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, whisk together mashed bananas, peanut butter, melted butter, brown sugar, and eggs until smooth.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually stir into wet ingredients until just combined.
Fold in Reese’s peanut butter chips and mini chocolate chips.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Top with banana slices and a drizzle of peanut butter, if desired.
Notes
For less sweetness, omit chocolate chips or reduce sugar. Try swapping peanut butter chips with chopped nuts or dried fruit. Gluten-free flour can be used as a substitute.
