Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 cup butter, melted
  • 1 pound powdered sugar
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 1 sleeve)

Chocolate Topping

  • 1 package milk chocolate chips (12 oz)
  • 1.5 cups creamy peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix with a large fork or spoon until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into a 13x9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper, pressing down firmly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and fully melted.
  • Pour the chocolate mixture over the chilled peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Slice into small squares and serve.

Notes

For easy removal, line the pan with parchment paper. Store in the fridge and cut into small squares for bite-sized portions. Fudge can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
