Peanut Butter Layer

1poundpowdered sugar
1.5cupscreamy peanut butter
1.5cupsgraham cracker crumbs(about 1 sleeve)
Chocolate Topping
1packagemilk chocolate chips(12 oz)
1.5cupscreamy peanut butter
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter, powdered sugar, peanut butter, and graham cracker crumbs. Mix with a large fork or spoon until well combined.
Spread the mixture evenly into a 13x9-inch baking dish lined with parchment paper, pressing down firmly. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir until smooth and fully melted.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the chilled peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set. Slice into small squares and serve.
Notes
For easy removal, line the pan with parchment paper. Store in the fridge and cut into small squares for bite-sized portions. Fudge can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
