Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Fold in the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups (if using) until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
In a shallow dish, combine the mini Reese’s Pieces, mini chocolate chips, and crushed peanut butter cups.
Remove the chilled cheese ball from the refrigerator and unwrap it. Roll the cheese ball in the coating mixture until evenly covered.
