Ingredients

Crust Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup Granulated sugar (optional) For added sweetness

Filling Ingredients

  • 1.5 quarts Coffee ice cream, softened
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate syrup

Toppings

  • 1 cup Whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup Hot fudge sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate shavings or sprinkles For garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, mix crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and granulated sugar (if using).
  • Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool completely.
  • Once cooled, spread softened coffee ice cream evenly over the crust.
  • Drizzle chocolate syrup over the ice cream layer.
  • Place the pie in the freezer for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  • Before serving, top with whipped cream, hot fudge sauce, and chocolate shavings.
  • Slice and enjoy!

Notes

For variation, substitute coffee ice cream with chocolate or vanilla. Allow the pie to sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing for easier serving.
