Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 175 g 00 flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 sachet vanilla sugar

Wet Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Grease a round cake pan with a little oil or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, oil, sugar, and egg. Whisk until creamy.
  • In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
  • Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
