Instructions
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Grease a round cake pan with a little oil or line it with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, oil, sugar, and egg. Whisk until creamy.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
