2packetsactive dry yeast(1/4 ounce each)
2teaspoonsgranulated sugar
0.25cupsextra virgin olive oilplus more for bowl and drizzling

4cupsall-purpose flour(spooned and leveled), plus more for work surface
Instructions
Pour the warm water into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle the yeast over the top and let it sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
Whisk in the sugar, olive oil, and salt.
Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon or spatula until a sticky dough forms.
Lightly oil another large bowl and transfer the dough into it. Drizzle a little more olive oil over the top and cover with plastic wrap. Set in a warm, draft-free place to rise until doubled, about 1 hour.
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead just 1–2 times. Shape into a round and let rest for 10 minutes.
Use whole for 1 large pizza, divide in half for 2 mediums, or into 4 equal portions for individual pizzas.
