Instructions
In a large bowl, combine flour, butter, and cream cheese. Mix until the dough is smooth.
Wrap the dough in plastic and refrigerate for at least one hour.
On a floured surface, roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into squares, place a teaspoon of filling in the center, and fold two opposite corners to the center, pressing gently to seal.
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes or until golden.
Allow to cool on a wire rack before dusting with granulated sugar.
