Equipment

  • Blender
  • Glasses

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice or Water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)
  • 2 cups Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 cup Strawberry Juice or Water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)

Instructions

  • Start by blending the pineapple: In a blender, combine 2 cups of frozen pineapple chunks with 1 cup of pineapple juice or water. If you prefer a sweeter flavor, add in 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Next, prepare the strawberries: In a separate blender, add 2 cups of frozen strawberries with 1 cup of strawberry juice or water. You can opt for 1 tablespoon of honey for extra sweetness. Blend until you achieve a vibrant, smooth mixture.
  • Now comes the fun part—layering! Grab your favorite glasses and pour the pineapple mixture into the bottom. Follow with a layer of the strawberry mixture, allowing the colors to swirl together beautifully.
  • Optional swirl: For an extra touch, you can use a straw or a spoon to lightly mix the two layers, but be careful not to overdo it—the mesmerizing swirl is part of the charm!
  • Serve chilled and enjoy the refreshing slushies!

Notes

For a thicker slushie, use more frozen fruit or decrease the amount of juice/water. You can substitute agave syrup or maple syrup for honey if preferred. For a creamier texture, add a cup of coconut milk during blending.
