  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple and instant vanilla pudding mix. Stir until well blended.
  • Add sour cream and mix until creamy.
  • Gently fold in the whipped topping, being careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in mini marshmallows and chopped nuts (if using).
  • Transfer the mixture into a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Notes

Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a tangier flavor. Let it chill for at least 2 hours for the best texture. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days; freezing is not recommended.
