1/2cupwhite sugar
1/4cupbutter, melted
3/4teaspoonground nutmeg
1/2cupmilk
1teaspoonbaking powder
1cupall-purpose flour

1/4cupbutter, melted
1/2cupwhite sugar
1teaspoonground cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease 24 mini-muffin cups or line them with mini paper liners.
