Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or light grease.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Add chopped onion and green bell pepper, cook until softened (about 5 minutes).
Stir in pizza sauce, Italian seasoning, and mini pepperoni slices. Simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Place bottom halves of hamburger buns on the baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture over each.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, then cover with top bun halves.
