12ozmini Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, cut into quarters(divided)

8ozcream cheese, softened
1cupunsalted butter, room temperature
4cupspowdered sugar, sifted
15oznatural peanut butter
1tablespoonvanilla extract
1/2teaspoonsalt
6ozmilk chocolate chips, melted(for drizzling)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13-inch pan with parchment paper.
Melt the butter, then stir in sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, and eggs until smooth.
Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix just until combined.
Fold in half of the chopped mini Reese’s and pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 20 minutes.
Cool brownies in freezer for 15 minutes while you make the frosting.
Beat softened butter and cream cheese until smooth and fluffy.
Gradually add sifted powdered sugar, then mix in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt until creamy.
Spread frosting over cooled brownies, sprinkle with remaining chopped Reese’s, and drizzle melted chocolate on top.
