Instructions
In a large bowl, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, softened cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
Shape the mixture into egg-like forms and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
(Optional) Dip chilled eggs in melted chocolate and let them set.

Notes
If the mixture is too sticky, add extra powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
