  • 1.5 cups Peanut Butter
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 0.5 cup Butter or Margarine softened
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix powdered sugar, peanut butter, softened cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Shape the mixture into egg-like forms and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  • (Optional) Dip chilled eggs in melted chocolate and let them set.
  • Once fully set, serve and enjoy!

Notes

If the mixture is too sticky, add extra powdered sugar. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 2 months.
