Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Bananas Broken into chunks, preferably ripe.
  • 2 cups Milk Can substitute with almond, oat, or soy milk for a dairy-free version.
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Creamy or crunchy, based on preference.
  • 2 tablespoons Honey Or to taste; can substitute with maple syrup or agave.
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes For a frosty texture.

Instructions

  • Gather all your ingredients and make sure the bananas are ripe for extra sweetness and smooth blending.
  • Place the bananas, milk, peanut butter, honey, and ice cubes into your blender. For an extra frosty touch, use frozen banana chunks.
  • Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth. This should take about 30 seconds but feel free to blend longer if you like a creamier texture.
  • Pour into glasses, add a straw, and enjoy immediately while it’s ice-cold and refreshing.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, use less milk or add more ice cubes. You can also blend in a few spoonfuls of Greek yogurt or rolled oats for extra creaminess.
