  • 1 can Refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 2 tbsp Butter melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a floured surface.
  • In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the garlic-butter mixture over the rolled-out dough.
  • Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the dough.
  • Tightly roll the dough into a log, starting from one end to the other.
  • Slice into 1-inch thick rolls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Let cool slightly and serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.

Notes

For added flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan on top before baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best results.
