Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with foil.
In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
Place chicken in a bag or bowl and coat evenly with the dry rub. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.
