Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Position a rack in the center of the oven for even browning.
Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps the olive oil and seasonings adhere and reduces steaming in the oven.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over each chicken breast and season both sides with garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a lightly greased baking sheet with space between pieces.
Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each dressed chicken breast.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is done and Parmesan topping is golden brown.
Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Notes
Store cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. For a crispier topping, sprinkle panko mixed with olive oil and extra Parmesan before baking.
