Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Instant-Read Thermometer

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts about 6 ounces each, patted dry

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing room temperature for easy spreading
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated if possible for best flavor
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for coating the chicken
  • 1 tsp garlic powder evenly sprinkled for savory depth

Seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt to taste
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper to taste

Garnish

  • 1–2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Position a rack in the center of the oven for even browning.
  • Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. This helps the olive oil and seasonings adhere and reduces steaming in the oven.
  • Drizzle 1 tablespoon olive oil over each chicken breast and season both sides with garlic powder, kosher salt, and black pepper.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts on a lightly greased baking sheet with space between pieces.
  • Spread Caesar dressing evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  • Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over each dressed chicken breast.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, until chicken is done and Parmesan topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 3–5 minutes. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!

Notes

Store cooled leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. For a crispier topping, sprinkle panko mixed with olive oil and extra Parmesan before baking.
