Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange cabbage slices on a baking sheet, brush with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
Roast cabbage for 10 minutes until slightly tender.
In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic, green onion, parsley, chili flakes, half the cheese, salt, and pepper.
Shape the beef mixture into 4 patties.
Top each cabbage slice with tomato sauce, a sprinkle of cheese, a beef patty, and more cheese.
Return to oven and bake for another 10–12 minutes until patties are cooked and cheese is melted.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Try swapping beef for turkey or plant-based protein. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 3 days or freeze for 2 months. Reheat in a 350°F oven.
