  • 1/4 cup chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  • Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and fluffy.
  • Dip half of the crushed Oreos into the cooled coffee and layer them at the bottom of serving glasses.
  • Spread a layer of the mascarpone mixture over the Oreos.
  • Repeat the layering process, finishing with a layer of the cream mixture.
  • Dust the top with cocoa powder and garnish with chocolate shavings.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute mascarpone with low-fat cream cheese. Use chilled coffee to prevent sogginess. This dessert tastes even better when made a day ahead!
