Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling

  • 1 cup Cream cheese, softened
  • 1/3 cup Powdered sugar
  • 8 cookies Oreo cookies, crushed

Donuts

  • 6 pieces Glazed donuts, split horizontally

Optional Toppings

  • 6 scoops Vanilla ice cream Optional
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate syrup For drizzling, optional

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the powdered sugar and continue mixing until well incorporated and light in texture.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed.
  • Slice each glazed donut horizontally, as you would for a sandwich bun.
  • Scoop or pipe generous heaps of the Oreo cheesecake mixture onto the bottom half of each donut.
  • If you’re feeling extra indulgent, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream right on top of the cheesecake filling.
  • Place the donut “lids” on top to create your burgers.
  • Finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup for that ultimate finishing touch.
  • Serve immediately (before the ice cream melts!) and watch the smiles appear.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days. Assemble just before serving to prevent sogginess.
