  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 cup orange soda
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 box (3 oz) orange Jello powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven according to instructions on cake mix box. Grease and flour your cake pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine white cake mix, orange soda, vegetable oil, eggs, and orange Jello powder.
  • Mix with an electric mixer until smooth and well combined.
  • Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake according to cake mix box instructions, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let cool in pan for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Top with vanilla frosting or whipped cream and garnish with orange zest for extra flavor. Stores well in the fridge for up to 3 days.
