  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces (450 g)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce (low sodium if preferred)
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 8 oz noodles (your choice)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
  • Add minced garlic and chopped onion; sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add noodles and stir well. Cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until noodles are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Garnish with green onions before serving.
