Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
Add minced garlic and chopped onion; sauté until fragrant.
Stir in honey, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Add noodles and stir well. Cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until noodles are cooked through, stirring occasionally.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
