Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add olive oil.
Season the chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the egg noodles and pour in the chicken broth.
Bring to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add extra red pepper flakes. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or garlic bread.
