Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Cut into strips
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper
  • 8 ounces Egg Noodles
  • 3 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes Optional
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley Chopped

Instructions

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and add olive oil.
  • Season the chicken strips with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Cook the chicken in the skillet for 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add the egg noodles and pour in the chicken broth.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the noodles are tender.
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and smooth.
  • Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and mix well.
  • Sprinkle with red pepper flakes if using.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add extra red pepper flakes. Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or garlic bread.
