  • 1 pound Turkey Sausage
  • 1 medium Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 cups Chicken Stock
  • 2 large Potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Kale, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons Heavy Cream
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, cook the turkey sausage over medium-high heat until browned.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
  • Pour in the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
  • Add the thinly sliced potatoes and cook until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped kale and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat, add the heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot.

Notes

Serve hot with crusty bread or a fresh salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave before serving.
